# EuroOscon: Model Driven Ajax

Published: 2005-10-17

Second tutorial, this one much more practical (mister Paul Everitt almost got away with not giving us a break, thank you man from the back :D ) , got to practice a bit of XSLT and a bit o Ajax (minus the eye candy ;) ). Paul presented a different approach to WebDevelopment, this one much more focused on the client, and what it can do with data instead of the usual ultra-server dependent way of doing things. We had a lot of work, but now the knowledge has to settle down to see what to make of it :D , I'm still not very persuaded to hand over large amounts of data to the client, but .... maybe I can strike a balance somewhere ;)
