Applying a bit o Bush's Blink before you think, and taking my friend's advice I'm going for a Debian installation on my AMD Athlon 64
Now, Blinky stops there, because I really don't want to depress myself with too much failure I'm going to do a VM trial run first, and only when everything works nicely I'll do the real thing :). First I'm going to install Debian on his own, just to see how it is supposed to go, and then I'll install windows and see if I can partition the thing properly without breaking all the dishes :) . More news to follow ... I guess :) ... but now , sleep time :D
